One sentence, then the detail.
Bounce Daily rents electric scooters by the week or month to delivery riders and daily commuters in India, with servicing, insurance and roadside support included in the rental.
Owning a vehicle is the biggest fixed cost a gig rider carries, and the hardest one to get out of. A loan needs a down payment and a credit history, and it doesn’t stop when the work does. We took the vehicle off the rider’s balance sheet: pay for the month you ride, hand it back when you don’t need it, and never pay for a service, a breakdown or an insurance renewal in between.
We own the fleet. We run the hubs, the mechanics and the recovery teams ourselves rather than sub-contracting them, because a scooter off the road is a rider not earning. Everything — hubs, scooters, riders, payments and servicing — runs on Fleetos, software we built in-house.

Our newest and smallest city. Coverage is by hub rather than across the whole metro, and we'd rather say that plainly than imply a footprint we don't have yet.

How we got here.
We’d rather ship an honest, empty timeline than an invented one. No milestone year (founding, EV launch, Bounce Daily launch, second city, Fleetos) has been confirmed by someone who was there yet — see content/company.md and BUILD_STATUS.md. This section will fill in once that’s done.
Built in-house
Fleetos — the OS we built to run our own fleet.
Hubs, scooters, riders, payments and servicing all run on software we wrote for ourselves. It’s called Fleetos. We use it every day to keep this fleet on the road, and other fleet operators now use it too.
